How a club gets onboarded

  1. Your coaches are already working. A coach can sign up on their own and run their teams from day one. Families see them marked "not yet verified by a club" until you verify them.
  2. Claim the club. The link a coach sent you makes you the club's admin, verifies that coach, and verifies the club under your name. From your Account you verify the rest of your coaches as they sign up, and invite the ones who haven't. Until onboarding is complete, that is all your account does.
  3. Fill in this form. The club's address, and every person who needs an account with what they do. We set the accounts up and confirm with you by email, usually within a day or two.
  4. Onboarded. The club's program tools open: your directors of coaching get the club overview — every team, roster and evaluation in the program — plus titles, needs and requests, and your coaches appear in the coach directory families browse. Coaches only ever see their own teams; program-wide visibility belongs to the DOC.
No club is charged for the pilot. Nothing about a child is shared with anyone outside the people you name here.

People to set up

You decide who gets an account. Only directors of coaching see the whole program's players and coaches. Admins, sports directors, tournament directors and the president run the front office and never see player records.
